Here is partial list of the patterns we are currently using, based on the needs & requests of the NICU at each hospital. THANK YOU SO MUCH to the sites below for sharing your patterns with our volunteers. You can see some of the sets created so far by clicking here.

NOTE: At the requests of our hospitals, please use WHITE ACRYLIC or POLYESTER BLEND BABY YARN, WHITE BUTTONS, (TIES, EDGINGS & RIBBONS in PASTEL COLORS). PLEASE DO NOT USE VELCRO, SNAPS, or WOOL YARNS. Thanks!

You may find many patterns at the links below. Specifically we need burial gowns, sweater with diaper cover combinations (as an alternative to a burial gown for a little boy) Preemie & the smallest newborn sizes are the best. Here's a link to help with sizing. You may choose to add booties or a bonnet with each outfit, in keeping with your skill level. That would be wonderful & so very much appreciated!

*** For one hospital, we also need preemie hats and/or booties in a variety of lighter colors of soft baby yarns (please no yellow as the nurses say it tends to make the babies look jaundice, no need for an extra needle stick test :) There are MANY patterns at Bev's Country Cottage & Angel Crafts above.
