providing for tiny babies in
need
983,000
babies died in 1996, from miscarriage & stillbirth.
In 1995, 15.7% of pregnancies ended in fetal demise
(miscarriage or stillbirth)
Those figures do not include neonatal loss, SIDS, or other
causes.*
We
provide comfort to those grieving families by donating lovely
handmade burial gowns, pouches, & blankets to hospitals in
Middle Tennessee. In this unsettling time of need, we can give
them a gift of our love & help lift their angel to heaven.
Each item is sent to the hospital in a clear plastic bag with
a card expressing our condolences as a
keepsake.
There are times when our hospitals needs included premature
infants in the isolettes that are feeding & growing. These
infants are in need of warm bonnets & toboggans for holding
visits with family. We accommodate these needs as best we can
as well. We also provide flannel blankets for warming these
infants.
